Had the walk through tonight. At first I thought, “Holy crap this place is smaller than I thought.” But then when I got back to our current apartment, I realized it was huge and just felt smaller because the rooms are more squares than rectangles (both the bedroom and the living room are the same length as our current bedroom and living room, but they’re also both much wider, so they don’t look as big when they are empty).
Everything looked good. There were just a few small bits that we’ll probably mention, but which won’t be deal breakers. Two of their excludes were gone, as expected, but without replacements in their stead, which was unexpected. Grrr…
While I was there, I measured the kitchen. Totally enough room for that cage for the birdies, so I ordered it.
