My lower back is killing me today. We have a Sterns & Foster mattress that is firm but has an attached mattress pad on top. After two years of use, the pad has a slight W shape to it with two indents on either side where we both sleep. This thing is killing my back. The warranty says it covers indents over 1 and 1/2″, so I need to look into getting this sucker replaced with a firm mattress with no mattress pad. //rant off
