I think our doctor is a doctor for celebrities. There’s some note about being an Entertainment Physician on the door and lots of rolling stones photographs ‘gifted’ and hanging on the wall, as well as a cabinet full of guitar picks with a placard reading “Vintage Guitar Magazine Pick and Slide Museum.”
We had an 8am appointment and they weren’t open until about 5 after. Palpable difference between their loose LA schedule and our neurotic, “we got here 20 minutes early” New York approach to life.
Culture shock in effect and I need more coffee.
UPDATE: Prognosis: Although I am relatively healthy and have “good musculature,” I need to lose weight.
