Left at about a quarter to 3, got home just a bit past 4. It’s usually a 15 minute drive. In any case, the plumber came today to fix our problem; but, I get home, run some water in the tub and we’re still leaking on the downstairs neighbors. I told the super to check after everything was done, but I guess he had his own ideas. In any case, I just got off the phone with the managing agent for the building and he’s on it now. I also told him how long this has been going on for and how much money that I probably wouldn’t have spent has been poured into this and said that I’d like some compensation, as it is now clearly a pipe issue and therefore the co-ops responsibility. He said that we could work something out.
Can’t this all just be over with already?!
